About Us

Minh Nao Co., Ltd is a pioneering company in Vietnam specializing in the production and export of white charcoal (Binchotan). By applying advanced Japanese technology, we offer high-quality, all-natural charcoal products, committed to supporting the sustainable growth of our both domestics and global clients and partners.

Our History

Establishment of Minh & Nao Co., Ltd

Minh & Nao was officially established after acquiring Japanese Binchotan production technology from industry experts. We are proud to be one of the first enterprises in Vietnam to manufacture and distribute Binchotan charcoal, with Japan as our primary export market.

Expansion into the Middle East

After three years of operation, we expanded exports to the Middle East, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia, achieving export volumes exceeding 100 tons, including Binchotan, sawdust charcoal, and black charcoal.

Strengthening the Domestic Market

We expanded our presence in Vietnam’s retail market while developing digital distribution channels to increase brand visibility and better reach local consumers.

Entering Southeast Asia

We extended our production to Laos and successfully entered the Thai market - a key destination in the Southeast Asian region.

Strategic Partnerships with Domestic and International Enterprises

Minh Nao began supplying high-quality charcoal for industrial use, forming strategic partnerships with both domestic and global companies. Export activities also extended to major markets such as the U.S., Australia, Canada, Sweden, and more.

Solidifying Our Presence in Saudi Arabia

As part of a trade promotion campaign in Saudi Arabia, Minh Nao's Binchotan products were honored to be featured in an exhibition of Vietnamese export goods hosted by the Qassim Chamber of Commerce and Industry, alongside 60 other Vietnamese companies.

Nationwide Distribution Network

We established a comprehensive network of nationwide distributors, enabling faster and more convenient access to our products for customers across Vietnam.

Organizational Restructuring and Innovation for Breakthrough Growth

Minh Nao focused on upgrading our northern production facilities, restructuring our operations and workforce. At the same time, we strengthened partnerships both domestically and internationally while refining our product strategy toward long-term innovation and sustainability.
